Vice General Manager Zhu Xiaoqiu said, Jiangyin is known as "the first manufacturing county in China", with a deep industrial heritage and technological innovation soil, Zhenjiang has served international famous enterprises such as Siemens, General Electric, Vestas, Hitachi, Enercon, etc., which have harsh requirements on quality, and accumulated rich experience in manufacturing technology and quality management, and is also the leader among the enterprises in Jiangyin.
At present, Zhenjiang has maintained strategic partnerships with seven of the world's top ten wind turbine OEMs, and solar business customers NEXTracker and ATI ranked one or two in the global industry.
During the one-day visit, the two sides had a number of activities such as film observation, business discussion, visit to the smart factory, and visit to the wind turbine assembly base, etc. The guests expressed a more comprehensive, in-depth and detailed understanding of Zhenjiang. 
Visit to Zhenjiang Smart Factory
Since 2017, Zhenjiang has invested a total of 1 billion yuan to build an international-level wind turbine component manufacturing workshop to realize the transformation and upgrade from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing. By connecting digital machine tools, welding robots, etc. to the network platform, the production status of the equipment can be produced and monitored in real time.
Through lean production and intelligent transformation, we have achieved a lot of results, not only making the production efficiency greatly improved, but also winning a series of honors such as "Jiangsu Province Intelligent Model Workshop", "Four-star Cloud Enterprise" and "Internet Benchmark Factory" in recent year.

At the site of the base, the guests inquired about the assembly with great interest. After learning that Zhenjiang has been cooperating with Siemens for ten years and is a gold supplier of Siemens, the guests nodded their heads in affirmation.

Starting a new course of wind turbine assembly, Zhenjiang team from program determination, raw material procurement to integrated assembly, comprehensive planning, comprehensive efforts, comprehensive protection, and finally success - the first D3 wind turbine assembled by Zhenjiang will come off the line in the near future.
"Zhenjiang has optimized many traditional Siemens technologies, such as changing the D3 generator from traditional horizontal assembly to vertical assembly. In the whole project, we have achieved independent production of material components, independent design of key assembly process and independent research and development of process equipment. The most advanced international laser tracking and scanning technology is used for high-efficiency inspection, and the automatic test platform is used to test the static and dynamic performance of the whole generator, and a series of highly optimized solutions are unanimously approved by Siemens expert group".
After listening to the introduction of deputy general manager Zhu Xiaoqiu, the Japanese guests praised and said that wind turbine assembly is a high technology project, and the cooperation with Siemens has enhanced Zhenjiang's influence and competitiveness in the international top supply chain, and has the advantages of both experience and technology for forming new international cooperation, and they recognize Zhenjiang's excellent technical level.
In the afternoon seminar, the two sides were very excited and happy to talk, together on topics of common concern, as well as to further strengthen cooperation matters were discussed in depth.
