Model intelligent workshop is based on production equipment and other hardware facilities, through information technology, networking, intelligence and other means, the production resources and production process design, management, optimization and other work to the digitization of information and data flow as the main features of the production resources, production equipment, production facilities and production processes for fine, accurate, agile, efficient management and control.
Since January 2017, Zhenjiang has invested a total of 1 billion yuan in a new high-end intelligent manufacturing project to create the leading wind turbine manufacturing workshop in China - "Zhenjiang Smart Factory". The digital machine tools and welding robots are connected to the network platform to achieve real-time monitoring of the production status of the equipment and effective control combined with the information system. By effectively integrating engineering software, information system and IOT technology, the manufacturing is transformed into a digital and networked mode.
On the electronic screen of the management platform, all kinds of information of the production line are integrated and displayed, from order completion, equipment operation status to the trend of energy consumption in a week, etc., all are displayed visually, showing the production status of the enterprise comprehensively and dynamically. Through monitoring information, managers can quickly determine abnormal phenomena in the production process, which greatly improves the efficiency of problem detection, problem handling and problem solving.

In Leji workshop, the assembly project of Siemens D3 wind turbine is in full swing. Zhenjiang team has been pushing forward comprehensively from program determination, raw material procurement to integrated assembly, ensuring the highest efficiency to complete the operation and establishing many emergency mechanisms. The traditional D3 assembly method is innovated to achieve comprehensive independent manufacturing of material components, independent design of key assembly process, independent R&D of process equipment and innovative layout of assembly site.
In Lianyungang base, the electro-galvanized production line has been fully commissioned, and the production line adopts the industry-leading fully-automatic roll plating production to realize unmanned operation, which can produce bolts and nuts of various specifications, and the expected annual output can reach 12,000 tons, and has now received orders for production. At the same time, the first domestic fully automatic bolt blow plating production line is also in the process of comprehensive finishing work, and will soon be opened to the public to receive orders, the annual output is expected to reach 25,000 tons.
