Recently, the electric galvanizing production line of JZNEE in Lianyungang Base has been fully tested and started to undertake business. The debugging of hot-dip galvanizing production line is coming to an end. The total project has stepped through a development node, making a solid step for the overall production in the future.
The electric galvanizing production line adopts the industry-leading automatic rolling plating technology, which can produce bolts and nuts of various specifications. The whole production line realizes automation and unmanned operation, which not only greatly improves the quality, but also further improves the production efficiency. The annual output is expected to reach 12,000 tons.
The hot-dip galvanizing production line is the first one in China capable of blowing and plating bolt automatically, which can produce anchor bolts of 1.5m-6.5m in length and M24-M72 in diameter. The production line adopts sand blasting and derusting process design, the whole line is free from pickling, avoiding hydrogen absorption in the product pickling, suitable for the design standard of high strength fasteners, the expected annual output can reach 25,000 tons.
