#wind power #On March 24, the vessel "Zhenjiang" successfully completed the fan lifting task for Jiangsu Rudong Wind Farm. As the first 1200-ton jack-up wind power installation vessel in China, this lifting is the first task of "Zhenjiang". It is also a series of inspections on the hull, equipment and crew of the new vessel.
The wind farm area is about 40km offshore, with tidal ditch development in some areas, and the sea floor elevation is -1.8～-21.45m. The sea area has complex geological conditions: frequent typhoons in summer, raging waves in winter, fewer construction windows and more difficult operations.
Shanghe (Shanghai) Ocean Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd.(the subsidiary of Zhenjiang New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd.) is responsible for fan lifting. It is reported that the wind turbine uses a 5 MW unit, the single blade 73.5 meters long, the rotation diameter is 158 meters, and the hub height of 81 meters.
The successful completion of the mission proves that vessel "Zhenjiang" is a wind power heavy equipment that can withstand field tests, which demonstrates our strength and ambition in the field of operation and maintenance.
